What we supply

O-rings run from AS568 dash -001 at 0.029 in inside diameter to -475 at 25.94 in, plus the 20 boss seals from -901 to -932, with ISO 3601-1 covering the metric sizes. The compound families supplied run 30 to 96 Shore A, from nitrile and EPDM through FKM, silicone, HNBR and FFKM, in standard grades and in AMS and MIL specification grades. Gaskets are waterjet-cut to your drawing in our own shop from EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, silicone, FKM and PTFE sheet, with no tooling. Molded rubber parts, rubber-to-metal bonded parts, hydraulic, mechanical and radial shaft seals and plastic parts machined to print are supplied to your print by the manufacturers we source from. Each product page carries its drawing and spec table.

Who we supply

Aerospace and defense buyers order to specification: MS28775 O-rings to AMS-P-25732 (formerly MIL-PRF-25732), M83248/1 rings to AMS7276, M25988 fluorosilicone to AMS-R-25988, NAS1611 and NAS1612 rings to NAS1613, and FFKM rings to AMS7257. The qualification behind each of those parts belongs to the manufacturer that made it, and we supply the part with the certificate that names that manufacturer. Medical, semiconductor, food and pharmaceutical equipment makers order by compound grade, and industrial and energy customers order by part number, print or sample. The same order handling applies to all of them.

How an order runs

Send a part number, a specification callout, a drawing or a sample, and the quote names the manufacturer and the compound; specification parts are made by manufacturers on the relevant qualified products list, where the document has one, and commercial parts by approved manufacturers. Every lot is received against the purchase order and the specification, and ships with a packing list and a certificate of conformance naming the part number, the specification, the manufacturer, the lot and the quantity. Certificate CONQ-001 covers that order handling, the sourcing and the paperwork, and it is listed in the OASIS database where you can verify it.
