Aerospace and Defense Seals
Specification O-rings and seals (MIL-PRF-25732, AMS7276, AMS-R-25988, NAS1613, AMS 7257) from QPL-listed manufacturers where a list exists, with the certification paperwork under an AS9100D quality system.
Aerospace and defense seals to specification: nitrile hydraulic O-rings to MIL-PRF-25732 (MS28775) and AMS-P-83461, fluorocarbon fuel and lubricant O-rings to AMS7276 (AS3209, M83248/1) and AMS7259, fluorosilicone to AMS-R-25988 (M25988), EPDM to NAS1613 (NAS1612) for phosphate-ester systems, silicone to AMS 3304, and FFKM to AMS 7257. Each is made by manufacturers on the relevant qualified products list, where the document has one. Conquest supplies it with the certification paperwork under an AS9100D quality management system whose certificate scope reads, verbatim, "Manufacturer/distributor of O-rings, custom molded rubber and plastic products for the aerospace, defense and commercial applications".

Reading the callout
The dash number is the AS568 size and does not change between specifications; the prefix names the material document. A drawing that reads M83248/1 refers to a cancelled document; the part is supplied to its SAE successors, AS83248/1 with AMS7276, with both named on the certificate. A drawing that reads MS28775 refers to a part number whose governing document is inactive for new design but still maintained. Is Conquest on a qualified products list?
No. Where the document has a qualified products list, the manufacturers we supply from are on it; Conquest supplies their parts with the paperwork and holds an AS9100D quality management system.
What temperature is an AMS7276 O-ring rated for?
The document is a materials and test specification, not an operating limit. For the FKM family the Parker® O-Ring Handbook (ORD 5700, section 2.2, read 2026-09-14) gives -26 C to 204 C continuous; the compound sheet governs.
Can you supply to a drawing that names a cancelled MIL spec?
Yes; we quote the current successor document, name both on the certificate, and confirm with you before ordering. Send the part number and quantity through the quote request .
