Seals and gaskets for food and beverage lines
The compliance line belongs to the compound, never to the material family and never to the color, so a white seal proves nothing on its own. Conquest Seal supplies O-rings and waterjet-cut gaskets on compounds that carry the listing your line actually needs, and the paperwork that shows it. If your plant, your auditor or your customer names a standard, send it with the part and we quote to it. Send the part number or the drawing, the quantity and the listing required, and a Conquest representative replies with the quote.

Two things decide a food or beverage seal: what it touches, and what it has to be cleaned with. Clean-in-place chemistry is often harder on a compound than the product ever is.
Materials by duty
Hot water, steam and caustic cleaning point one way; fats, oils and flavor oils point the opposite way, and no single compound is good at both. Where a line runs both, the answer is usually two different seals rather than one compromise. The material by temperature and media guide walks through it.
Reading the compliance line
A listing is granted to a named compound, tested as that compound. A drawing that says only food grade EPDM has not specified anything a supplier can quote against, so tell us the standard the plant is audited to and we quote the listed compounds the makers offer against it.
Gaskets
Flat gaskets are cut to your drawing on our own waterjet from a DXF, with no tooling, which suits the one-off shapes a plant ends up needing. See gaskets.
