Seals and gaskets for medical and pharmaceutical equipment
A medical seal is bought against a test report, not a material name, and the report belongs to a specific compound. Conquest Seal supplies O-rings and waterjet-cut gaskets on compounds that carry the testing your device or process needs, with the documentation. Tell us the standard your program is working to and we quote the compounds the makers have tested to it. Send the part number or the drawing with the quantity and a Conquest representative replies with the quote.

The hard part of a medical seal order is rarely the size. It is proving the compound has been tested for the contact it will have, and keeping that proof with the lot.
Materials by duty
Steam sterilization, water systems, aggressive process chemistry and simple fluid transfer each point at a different compound, and the ones with test reports on file are a shorter list than the material families suggest. Ask for the tested grade rather than the family, so the quote names the compound that carries the report.
What ships with the part
A certificate of conformance naming the part number, the specification, the manufacturer, the lot and the quantity, and the manufacturer test documentation where the program requires it. The shelf-life guide covers the cure date the certificate carries.
Gaskets and machined parts

Gaskets
Seals the joint between two flat faces, cut to your drawing on our own waterjet in Orange, California, with no tooling.
Custom molded rubber
Parts no catalog carries, made to your drawing by the molders we source from, by compression, transfer or injection molding.
Machined plastic parts
Seats, back-up rings, bushings and wear rings in PTFE, PEEK, UHMW and nylon, machined to your print by the shops we source from, where rubber would extrude or wear.
